■	Buteo buteo Buzzards and Hen Harriers are spending the winter at the grassland and the marsh.
■	Snow Buntings and Rosy Finchs are spending the winter at the grassland and the marsh. Rosy Finchs can be seen near the rest house.
■	Siskins and Crossbills are spending the winter in the pine wood.
■	Short-eared Owls can be seen at the seashore. (It is depends on the year.)

■	You can spot the footprints of rabbit, fox, deer, squirrel, mouse and so on.

■	Lake Furen is frozen over. You can enjoy fishing on the ice.
■	The seashore is covered with ice.

The number of Velvet Scoters and Long-tailed Ducks increases.

The number of Steller’s Sea Eagles and White-tailed Eagles increases to 100.

■	The number of seals increases to 50～100.
■	The number of seals reaches to the peak, about 250.
